The new name better reflects the secret's purpose — authenticating the sync push to the fork — rather than describing the git operation. Safe to rename without a deprecation path since sync-fork is still unreleased. Co-Authored-By: roachdev-claude <roachdev-claude-bot@cockroachlabs.com>
